Thonet / S 64 V / cantilever chair
The S 64 V chair is a timeless design classic, which the designer Marcel Breuer designed in the late 1920s and which is now one of the most famous cantilever chairs of the 20th century. Thonet has been producing the iconic chair, which is made from a solid chrome-plated tubular steel frame, a comfortable covering made of cane weave and high-quality solid wood, since 1930. The seating furniture, measuring 58 x 82 x 62 cm, not only scores points with its comfortable armrests, but also feels at home in a wide variety of design environments. The cantilever chair impresses with its aesthetic reduction and the airy, light Viennese weave and is therefore an excellent fit in conference rooms, waiting rooms or even in the home dining area. The elegant cantilever chair S64 V from Thonet is also available in a version without armrests under the model name S 32 V.
