Riva / Tempo / Side table

Product Details

The Riva 1920 Tempo side table is a sculptural table made of solid, fragrant cedar wood, crafted from a single block. Its design is inspired by the curved shape of an hourglass – the seemingly slender central section acts as a load-bearing structural element, lending the side table both lightness and stability. The Tempo side table integrates harmoniously into a wide variety of living concepts – whether as a seat, side table, or decorative object. Its organic appearance and natural grain underscore the artisanal quality of Riva 1920

In 1920, Riva was founded in a small craft workshop in the heart of Brianza. They specialized in producing solid wood furniture in a classic style. In the 1970s, brothers Maurizio and Davide Riva followed in the footsteps of their parents and grandparents. They began with custom-made furniture, their sister Anna joined the company, and in 1992, they presented their first furniture collection at the Milan Furniture Fair. In 2020, they celebrated their first 100 years and look forward to more.
