What if a product arrives damaged or I don't like it?
If the goods arrive damaged or if you do not like the goods, you have the option of complaining to us within 30 days (this only applies to small packages). Please contact us by email: shop@architare.de
and tell us the situation. We will then send you a return slip with which you can send the goods back to us so that we can exchange them or give you a refund. If the goods were delivered by the forwarding agent, we will not bear these return costs.
What does the note "exhibition goods" mean?
The note "exhibition goods" indicates that most of our furniture is in our exhibition and may therefore show signs of wear. But this does not have to be mandatory. Articles that we have several times in stock (especially smaller furniture such as side tables or accessories) are still originally packed in our warehouse. We always sell these first. If the goods show significant defects, we always point this out again or have uploaded pictures of the damage to the item. How long does delivery take?
architare offers standard parcel shipping or freight forwarding.
Standard parcel shipping: architare delivers your goods within 3-5 days after receipt of the order, provided the ordered goods are in stock.
Freight forwarding: architare delivers your goods within 14-21 days after receipt of the order, provided the ordered goods are in stock. The goods are delivered including final assembly and packaging material disposal.
Where can I find my tracking number?
Your tracking number will be emailed to you automatically as soon as we process your order.
