architare was founded in 2007 by Barbara Benz. The daughter of entrepreneur Rolf Benz has a passion and love for furniture and furnishings in her genes. In an interview, Barbara Benz said: "Born into a furniture family, I inherited design with my DNA, so to speak." But before she opened the first architare store in Nagold, she was drawn out into the world. After studying business administration, the current managing director of architare barbara benz GmbH & Co. KG worked in various positions for international advertising agencies in Milan, New York and Stockholm.
Today, Barbara Benz customers benefit from her international perspective and taste. Because one thing was clear from the start: "I wanted interior design with an international project management approach," says Barbara Benz. "Our customers stay in leading hotels, are well-read, have an idea of good design and good wine and know how homes should be furnished."
