The Walter Knoll development team, in collaboration with EOOS, has completely reimagined the technology of a shell chair. The innovation of the chAIR technology lies in the seat shell: it contains hidden openings in the seat and backrest. Within these openings, bands are arranged in a palm-leaf shape, creating a pleasantly springy seating experience. At the same time, the openings serve as ventilation. All materials can be easily separated after a long lifespan and recycled by type.
