SCHRAMM meticulously handcrafts unique mattresses, precisely tailored to individual body structure, sleeping habits, and personal preferences. Different spring forces are at work within a mattress – because the human body is not uniformly built. For example, the pelvis, which bears approximately 42% of body weight, requires more intensive support than the waist or legs. Only in this way can pressure be optimally distributed and the spine effectively relieved.

For side sleepers, SCHRAMM developed a patented shoulder support system as early as 1990: In this sensitive area, springs with reduced force are used. A highly elastic cotton fabric integrated into the mattress allows the shoulder to sink in comfortably – for noticeable relaxation and ergonomically correct sleeping posture. The result is precise support: elastic, but not yielding – firm, but never too hard.

SCHRAMM offers the MYTHOS model in five finely graduated formulas for different body weights – with varying spring forces for consistently high lying comfort.
