Moroso originated in 1952 from an idea by Agostino Moroso, who founded the company together with his wife Diana with the intention of manufacturing sofas, armchairs, and other furniture. Based on a handcrafted approach to product manufacturing and a strong creative impulse during the development phase, the roots of a vision were laid that allowed the company to grow in the market and distinguish itself through the quality, innovation, and creativity of its products.
Starting in the 1980s, the second generation of the family began a deep research process in the field of high-end design.
Almost 70 years after its founding, Moroso positions itself in the haute couture of international design and has become one of the leading companies in the upholstered furniture sector.
