“Sbriciola”, designed by Anna and Gian Franco Gasparini, is a practical bread-cutting board for the kitchen from Alessi and beyond, with wide longitudinal slots and an underlying tray that collects the crumbs falling through the slots. This tray is divided into two compartments: the smaller one is intended for storing the bread knife and is located under the part of the board that has no slots; in this way, it is protected from falling crumbs; the second compartment is the same size as the area of the cutting board provided with slots and collects the crumbs produced when cutting bread.
