“Sbriciola”, designed by Anna and Gian Franco Gasparini, is a practical bread cutting board for the kitchen by Alessi and beyond, with wide longitudinal slots and a compartment underneath that collects the crumbs that fall through the slots. This compartment is divided into two compartments: the smaller one is designed to hold the bread knife and is located under the part of the board that has no slots; in this way it is protected from crumbs that fall through; the second compartment is the same size as the part of the cutting board that has slots and collects the crumbs that fall when cutting the bread.
