Product Details

The Kabuki floor lamp is created using an injection molding process. The technical sophistication of this process allows for a structure with a pattern that mimics lace; the unique perforated surface diffuses the light.

Model name: Kabuki blue / white
Model type: Indoor floor lamp
Design: Kartell
Finish: batch-dyed technopolymer, with dimmer
Size: H 166 D 50 cm

Kartell was founded in 1949 by Giulio Castelli. His son-in-law, Claudio Luti, took over the company in 1988 and brought new ideas into the business, as well as new designers, such as Piero Lissoni. The big breakthrough for Kartell came in 1999 with the manufacturing of furniture made from polycarbonate. Today, Kartell is distinguished by its high-quality industrial production.
