The heart of LUIZ is its own atelier, where traditional tailoring meets state-of-the-art manufacturing technology. Every single step – from the perfectly straight cut to the delicate decorative stitching – is carried out with the utmost care by experienced craftspeople. Hand-sewn details such as thread buttons, artistic embroidery, and hand-ironing make each piece unique. This precision, combined with decades of experience, gives the products their distinctive class.

Materials & Sustainability

LUIZ uses only the finest natural fibers, such as GOTS-certified organic cotton, fine linen, silk, and cashmere – sourced from small European manufacturers with the highest quality standards. Sustainability is considered holistically: production takes place locally in Germany, and the company is powered by its own photovoltaic system, which also supplies electricity to over 300 households. This results in durable products made with responsibility – ecologically, socially, and aesthetically.
